General conditions of sales are applicable to any sales made by BIOLABO S.A., except written dispensation confirmed by us.

ORDERS: When a buyer places an order with BIOLABO S.A., the buyer accepts the general conditions of sales which are as follows:

PRICES: Goods are invoiced according to the current price list applicable on shipment date. Shipments to metropolitan France are free of charge from 300 EUR, exclusive of taxes. For any order less than this amount, a 45 EUR fee will be invoiced. Special conditions can be granted by writing only.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Without special agreement, payment shall be made by check, draft or bank transfer 30 days after the date of invoice. BIOLABO S.A. reserves the right to ask the buyer for a financial guaranty before delivery.
In case of late payment BIOLABO S.A. may charge an interest as per French Law in force as well as the costs and charges incurred to recover the debt.

PROPERTY: BIOLABO S.A. reserves the property of the goods until payment due has been fully made.

DELIVERIES: In any case, the buyer bears all risks of the goods from the time when the goods have been dispatched. Given terms of delivery are approximate and non binding. BIOLABO S.A. is not liable for any delay.

CLAIMS: Any return of goods without BIOLABO S.A.'s prior agreement shall not be accepted in any case. In the event of claims, BIOLABO S.A. must receive the claim from the buyer in writing within 30 days from delivery date.
In case of disputes the parties will attempt to reach an amicable settlement. Should the parties fail to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the Court of Soissons (France) only.

LIABILITY: BIOLABO S.A. reagents are designed for professional customers and for in-vitro diagnostic use only. The buyer shall assume all risks in case of any other use than medical diagnosis. BIOLABO S.A. shall not be liable in any way in case of defective storage or misuse of the products.
